Hello Lincoln Families! Welcome to the 2010-2011
school year. We hope everyone enjoyed their summer break. We are
looking forward to a fabulous fall. The Lincoln PTA has been hard
at work behind the scenes this summer making plans for an exciting
year at Lincoln. Family Dinner night is our 1st event.
On Friday, September 10th, families can enjoy hamburgers,
hotdogs and custard from Culver’s while catching up with old friends
and making new friends. Intergenerational Day will be held on
October 8th this year for all 1st and 2nd
grade classes. Be sure to have grandparents and significant elders
mark this date down so they can see what fun these students have
planned for them. On October 14th, wear your favorite
costume or come as you are, and enjoy dancing to some festive music
at Lincoln’s Fall Dance. And don’t forget November brings the
return of the annual book fair. This year’s theme, “Here’s to Our
Heroes! Reading Saves the Day!”, is sure to generate enthusiasm
among readers of all ages!
Fall is fundraising time at Lincoln – your support is
vital to ensure the continued success of our programs and services.
Please take a moment to become a PTA member – your child will be
proud! Our Ways and Means committee has put together some family
friendly options to choose from to support our PTA – watch for
information to come home in your child’s backpack.

events and happenings around school – find out which part of the
team you can help out! Important dates are posted on this home
page, with links for additional information when available. Don’t
