Do you ever feel burnt out from always taking care of everyone else? Over-stressed trying to keep it all together? Come understand from Pam Labellarte, From Advocacy to Action, what caregiver stress is, identify preventative techniques, and apply some practical solutions. Judy Hedlund, Countryside Association, will also discuss respite as a possible solution to reduce some pressure.
